Job Description

Enough about us, it’s YOU we’re excited about. We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative copywriter to join our creative team. You will work alongside our Creative Directors, Art Directors and Digital Content teams to concept award-winning digital initiatives for integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate believes in the power of words and is obsessed with tinkering until the message connects seamlessly and emotionally. Your writing style is adaptable and flexible, and can reach a wide swath of audiences.

As a copywriter, you’ll be expected to:

  • Deliver big ideas that work as campaign platforms.
  • Develop taglines and pithy articulations of campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate on decks and presentations to pitch your ideas.
  • Establish a tone of voice that acts as a red thread throughout a brand’s expression.
  • Contribute ideas that can work across multiple media channels.
  • Be a great collaborator that isn’t afraid to rework concepts to make them stronger.
  • Have a strong familiarity with the campaign production process.
  • Be a good problem solver turning a brand challenge into an opportunity.
  • Manage multiple projects and hit deadlines accordingly.
  • Present ideas that are clearly articulated while being enthusiastic and passionate.
  • Have a passion for words and the craft of narrative.
  • Adapt your writing style to fit different audience needs.
  • Demonstrate a good range of writing styles to adapt to a variety of brands.
  • Compose engaging and concise write-ups for campaign ideas in presentations.
  • Take direction and be flexible to change direction when needed.
  • Have a pulse on great writing in our industry.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience as a creative and copywriter
  • Creative agency experience
  • Able to generate ideas and present them in a way to inspire
  • Up to date on the latest social media trends and functionality
  • Up to date on the latest award winning campaign work in our industry (Cannes Lion, Clio etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Keynote & Google docs

Additional Information

Salary range: $80,000 – $110,000*
