Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading projects and/or supporting implementations related to Elderplan’s benefits and organizational initiatives for Medicare and Medicaid products, including Medicare benefit design and lifecycle, regulatory and operational implementations, and overall product strategy and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or other related field; Master’s degree in business, health administration, public administration, or related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience required in project management, product development, or implementation required, managing multiple projects.
- Managed care operations experience preferred.
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel proficiency.
- PMP Certificate desirable.
- Ability to prepare and communicate presentations.
- Data manipulation abilities.
