343 Industries is looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join our creative production team and enable our art, audio, and design teams to be as creative, efficient, and impactful as possible!
As a Senior Creative Producer, you will work closely with our art, audio, design, and production teams to deliver on content goals, to fortify our production workflows, and to drive expansive content production projects at scale with predictable cadence, quality, and rigor. You will manage our game asset pipeline with external partners, engaging regularly with our production leaders to maintain focus on the highest priority content needs & timelines and partnering with creative leads to ensure the artistic goals and quality requirements are well-articulated and met. You will own and drive our Halo game asset management system.
Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in shipping games, gaming systems or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release.
- 3+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
- Ability to drive for results utilizing project management and organizatioal skills.
- Ability to develop functional strategies and to communicate simply about complex systems.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management software and Microsoft Office software.
- Understanding of and appreciation for game production realities, and an abiding curiosity for maximizing the artistic possibilities within it.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary creative teams is a plus.
Game Producers IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 – $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 – $238,600 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Manage content production across internal and external creative teams.
- Drive for timely resolution of unexpected obstacles or changes that interrupt the pipeline.
- Be the point of contact on all content production pipelines, processes, workflows, and systems.
- Provide the Executive Producers with insights into our content throughout as well as the health and efficacy of all content production pipelines and processes.
- Generate data-led recommendations, best practices, and standards for long-term sustainment and growth.
- Collaborate with the Art Outsource Manager to evaluate and improve on our external partner guidelines, processes, and systems.
- Partner with the Executive Producers to continuously align priorities and production timelines across product areas and to proactively anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Organize the studio’s creative assets for simple discoverability, access, and education by our game teams and franchise teams.
- Partner with Art, Audio, and Design teams to understand their unique needs, workflows, and changes.
- Proactively seek and drive solutions that allow our creative teammates to focus on creative work.
- Explore opportunities for workflow improvements or new use cases.
- Be a consistent source of clarity, momentum, and solutions for anything related to content production at the studio.
- Facilitate access to creative assets for internal stakeholder production of Halo collateral such as brand standards, artistic guidelines, marketing material, key art, and trailers.
- Lead by example and model best practices as a member of the production team.
