We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Fashion and Fitness Brand and Creative team and raise the bar on our ability to efficiently and effectively create engaging customer-facing content (campaigns, product launches and direct mail catalogs).
In this role, you will report into our Head of Brand and work with the creative, marketing, merchandising and production teams on multiple projects across a various channels and formats. You will be responsible for 1) adhering and improving the process to develop creative content (intake, development, approval, production); 2) prioritizing resources across the creative team and agency partners; and 3) managing budget, timeline and reporting on progress.
A successful candidate will combine exceptional project management skills and an ability to invent, simplify, execute and earn trust. In addition, will have a proven track record of delivering or enabling best-in-class customer experiences and campaigns.
The role requires someone with a high degree of ownership who enjoys building things from scratch. Key job responsibilities
• Manage multiple parallel projects working with designers, writers, developers, business leaders, and external vendors.
• Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages and gates, and stakeholders’ role and responsibilities.
• Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
• Uphold standards and best practices methods.
• Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives and requirements.
• Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the creative team.
• Communicate to the creative team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
• Create budget controls to drive accuracy in forecasting and estimating.
• Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the efficacy of the creative team, drive improvements where relevant.
• Measure and report headcount needs to drive efficiencies and optimization.
• On-board and manage external vendor resources.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 8+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience in a creative environment delivering large scale campaigns and projects.
– College degree in marketing, advertising or creative field, or relevant college degree, experience or accreditation.
– Experience in a fast paced environment with managing multiple projects.
– Experience dealing with a matrixed and highly ambiguous organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience managing print + online publications
– Experience managing print + online product and editorial catalogs
– Experience managing creative projects for a consumer brand
– Experience with creative project management tools like Workfront
– Experience managing project budgets

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
