We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a deep expertise in AI-driven user experiences to lead the design efforts for the Walmart Developer Platform. As a Senior UX Designer specializing in AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our platform, making it seamless and efficient for developers using AI technologies to improve their productivity and efficiency.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Leading the design efforts to create intuitive, AI-powered user experiences for developers, ensuring that our platform remains cutting-edge.
- Working closely with AI and machine learning experts to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our developer platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a design strategy that aligns with our long-term goals and vision for AI powered developer experiences.
- Designing interactive prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining design documentation, style guides, and design system components to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Strategizing & conducting usability testing, user research, and competitive analysis.
- Implementing business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications…
- Bachelor degree in Design, Visual Arts, Human Computer Interactions, or a relevant field.
- Familiarity in top design related tools (FIGMA, Adobe, Mural etc.).
- Strong communication skills in discussing and communicating design concepts with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio of completed design projects.
- At least 4-6 years of UX/UI design experience.
Preferred Qualifications…
- Master’s in Design, Visual Arts, Human Computer Interactions, or a relevant field.
- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
- Experience in working in technology organizations and with the developer community.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $136,000.00-$200,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives

Option 2: 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
