Summary
Be part of the Digital Transformation team and help manage the latest cutting-edge technologies to provide exceptional candidate and employee experiences. Responsible for the maintenance, accuracy, and information system upgrades for HR to maximize the use of the Digital HR tools and process within the business. Maintain HR information (including SAP master data, SuccessFactors (SF) platform, third-party digital tools and data integration, Org Charts, Personnel Files, etc.). Provide leadership team with solutions for HR metric and analysis in support of workforce planning, DEI, and federal/state compliances. Act as a liaison between HR and IT for technical solution & design. Manage the day-to-day operations of Digital HR which include the maintenance of all personnel records and information system configuration changes and testing and data input and data accuracy, report creation. #LI-CJ1
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from Human Resources and other cross-functional stakeholders, identify needs and features, develop HR application enhancements and projects, translating requirements into customizable technology solutions.
- Determine, design, implement and maintain Human Capital Management (HCM) and third-party vendor systems and partner with IT and vendors in testing and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Oversee maintenance, auditing and validating data within Digital HR tools to achieve data integrity and ensure that system controls and processes meet all internal and external audit requirements.
- Document Standards of Operations (SOP) as configured in the HR technology solutions. Train and provide instructional materials for end-users.
- Provide communication for change management to end-users on new solutions, features and improved capabilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Interest in and ability to learn and stay current on cutting-edge digital HR tools such as recruiting intelligence, AR/VR learning, gamification in learning, xAPI, compensation intelligence tools, Predictable Argumentative (AI) analytics and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Demonstrated experience proactively innovating, planning, organizing, managing timelines, and executing large complex projects with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and facilitate engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
- Knowledge of HR functional activities and business processes including selection of Digital HR tools to support recruiting, on/off boarding, talent management, learning, compensation, benefits, and core HCM, preferred.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills necessary for developing technical reports, writing critiques on technical documents, and preparing technical procedures.
- Strategize and understand customer needs to provide solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with ability to build relationships with vendors, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, quantify, interpret, and report statistical data for presentations to make recommendations that support business strategy.
Education, Experience and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Information System or related field in Human Resources preferred
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a combination of two of the following: Human Resources, HRIS, or Information Technology
- Experience in Cloud Human Capital Management systems required; SAP/SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud or Workday Cloud HR modules
- Experience in HR functional configuration, API or SFTP integration, data management, reporting, and payroll integration
