We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Direct Response Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our online marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and executing digital strategies to drive immediate and measurable customer engagement. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making, creative campaign development, and performance analysis will be instrumental in fostering conversion-focused efforts across various digital channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, overseeing the digital designer and digital creative, to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging. Your role will also involve close collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager to align strategies across marketing sources.

Primary Duties:
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team, fostering growth and positive impact within the Marketing Department and Company Culture.
• Manage all facets of the Digital Marketing Department, including budget preparation, allocation, and monitoring to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with third-party agencies utilizing diverse lead generation methods, such as Organic, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Oversee digital creative efforts, ensuring cohesive visuals and messaging across campaigns.
• Analyze data and generate performance reports on marketing channels to guide adaptive strategies.
• Maintain accurate records, budgets, and campaigns within CRM and other tools.
• Foster transparent communication and collaboration with Sales Leadership for streamlined efforts.
• Manage corporate identity and branding standards to maintain a consistent brand image.

Additional Duties:
• Drive the development of future marketing sources through research and innovation.
• Cultivate relationships with other Renewal locations to exchange best practices and insights.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires an individual who can multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to work in a professional office setting with a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the DTC sector.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field a plus.
    • Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing direct response digital marketing campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
    • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
    • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
    • Familiarity with budget management and cost control strategies.
    • Innovative mindset to explore new strategies and adapt to a dynamic environment.
    • Understanding of branding principles and cross-channel campaign integration.

$75,000 – $95,000 a year
• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
• Compensation package is comprised of base salary and monthly performance based compensation. Our monthly bonus opportunities allow you to maximize your returns on strong performance.
