Position Overview

As the Senior Director of Advanced Analytics,you will be instrumental in establishing best practices to deliver MMM, MTA and Data Science solutions. You will work directly with the client as well as Omnicom sister agencies to co-create Advanced Analytics Solutions. You will guide the client execution teams and ensure client satisfaction. You will be a practitioner as well as a Leader. You will interact, communicate, and partner with other Omnicom Agency Teams, as well as represent your team to Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

  • Senior leadership experience with a high profile client within the media industry
  • Ability to quickly evaluate client needs for quantitative analysis and articulate relevant solutions based on requirements
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members across organizational levels, ranging from Functional Leads, Directors, Lead Consultants, Managers, Analysts
  • Strong communications skills and presentation skills to C levels
  • Ability to manage numerous requests concurrently and be able to prioritize and deliver
  • 15-20 years of overall relevant experience
  • 10+ years of senior level experience at an integrated agency, marketing analytics or a consulting firm preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in delivering solutions – audience clustering/segmentation/profiling, audience propensity modelling, marketing mix modelling/econometric analysis, budget allocation/scenario planning, multi-touch attribution solution and market research techniques (e.g. custom survey research, advertising testing). This is critical as you will be working with the SMEs and leads who may have deep knowledge in executing projects in one of the three core Advanced Analytics functions – MMM, MTA and Data Science
  • 10+ years of people management experience
  • Knowledge and experience with syndicated research sources/tools (e.g. ComScore, Nielsen, GfK MRI, Simmons, etc), marketing technology (e.g. Data Management Platforms), ad-serving (e.g. Google DCM, Atlas), web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data sources (web click-stream, TV STB, 3P compilers online and offline, location providers, purchase co-ops/loyalty cards/credit and debit cards)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Management, Social Sciences, or business/marketing related fields
  • Advanced degree (MBA/MS) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive the group’s vision on Advanced Analytics Solutions and operationalize the delivery at a rapid pace
  • Work across the organization to establish best-in class Analytics solutions that scales, innovates and customizes solutions
  • Drive process innovation and continuous improvement
  • Lead communications efforts to represent Advanced Analytics Capabilities and drive growth
  • Anticipate project risk and constraints and proactively work on solutions to address the risk/constraints
  • Coach: hire, on-board, train, and develop Advanced Analytics Practice by adapting global best practices and innovative across key functions that include Marketing Mix Modelling, Multi-Touch Attribution and Data Science

Compensation Range: $90,000 – $215,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
