Acumatica is seeking a Sr Director of Advertising and Sponsorships to help increase Acumatica brand awareness and drive demand generation. You are an expert in online/offline advertising and sponsorships with an excellent understanding of how they work together to drive results. This role will report to our CMO.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase Acumatica brand awareness, including leveraging analytics and best-of-breed solutions to measure and track progress across all goals.
  • Drive consistency in advertising images and messaging across all channels.
  • Drive customer centricity and diversity across imagery.
  • Develop new ad copy and iterations by industry, segment etc
  • Own and manage, for example:
    • Airport / OOH advertising
    • TV / Google Connected TV advertising
    • Online display ads
    • Sports sponsorships, incl auto racing, golf etc
    • Hospitality events across auto racing, golf etc
    • Online brand reputation
  • Monitor all ad inventory products to maximize return.
  • Identify new opportunities and optimization strategies.
  • Assist in the evaluation of existing and new ad tech vendors.
  • Proactively manage advertising relationships with media vendors including search engines and social platforms.
  • Responsible for managing current sponsor relations including event activation and post event recaps.
  • Manage agreements to include negotiation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Advertising Operations, Sponsorships, Events, digital advertising or equivalent experience.
  • Experience running campaigns or leading an advertising team.
  • Experience managing small scale and large scale events.
  • Passion for using digital advertising to grow businesses and generate leads.
  • Experience with event registration and management systems, logistics.
  • Strong organizational & project management skills.

For this role, the salary range is $185,000- $205,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements. At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
