Job Summary
JuiceMedia.IO seeks a seasoned media buying professional to build and scale our media buying practices and team. The position will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of our digital and linear media investment strategies as we seek to scale both principally purchased and on-demand media. You will lead our performance and brand media buying teams in addition to the integration of software and tools required to deliver a highly effective and efficient media practice.
Responsibilities
Media Planning & Execution
- Build and scale a world-class media engine across multiple channels that encompasses both principally held positions and on demand media for Juice and its partner agencies
- Operate as a member of our leadership team, engage with clients (current and potential) as necessary, third party agencies and media partners to formulate innovative, actionable activations that drive meaningful outcomes for all constituents
Team Management
- Oversee, manage and be accountable for the media ops teams – responsible for all media budgets, and investment execution
- Optimize organizational structure as the business objectives evolve, ensuring we have the talent and expertise internally to achieve our business goals
Operating Procedures
- Support the integration of new partners in the ecosystem by establishing standard operating procedures, platform training, demand forecasting systems, and a campaign management/onboarding center of excellence.
- High degree of focus on creating scalable workflows for our ecosystem by partnering with Client Success, Product, and Engineering
- Partner with all cross-functional teams (Client Success, Business Development, Investment, Data Science, Data Management, Product and Engineering) to support the creation of industry leading optimization and martech products and services that will drive efficiencies both internally and externally
- Identify and lead training programs and workshops to increase staff and organizational capacity, ensure we are operating our “playbook” and our knowledge is being documented and shared as we grow
- Participate in M&A discussions as it relates to how potential acquisitions will fit into the Juice ecosystem
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related background
• 15+ years of experience with 10+ years of industry experience in media investment and inventory management
• Track record of success in trading across linear and digital media
• Have agility, curiosity & bias for action: We are fast-paced and in continuous learning mode as the market changes and new platforms/ways of working emerge

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $183,600.00 – $233,400.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
