Senior Director, Strategy and Execution

Equifax is looking for a Senior Director of Strategy and Execution to support the Chief Revenue Organization (CRO) within our USIS Business Unit. This role will be responsible for supporting the CRO in “running the business” and driving executional excellence, liaising with other teams across USIS, other Business Units and Centers of Excellence, leading large and complex initiatives to drive and accelerate revenue growth, and representing the CRO team on corporate initiatives as needed. Growth initiatives will include building, activating, and operationalizing new capabilities, new functions, and new areas of growth. These new areas of growth will span multiple verticals, capabilities, and business units across Equifax.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with USIS Chief Revenue Organization Leaders and other internal stakeholders across the enterprise (Workforce Solutions, Global and Centers of Excellence) to translate corporate, vertical, and channel strategies into specific CRO imperatives and executable plans
  • Collaborate, influence, and coordinate across a broad internal stakeholder group to align on strategy, develop key work streams and plans, and drive execution against those plans to drive revenue growth. Stakeholder engagement includes:
    • Senior Leadership across USIS and the Enterprise
    • Sales and Capability leaders and respective teams across CRO, USIS, and the Enterprise
    • Other functional leaders include marketing, operations, legal, technology, HR, finance, etc.
  • Engage with the CRO team and across the organization to anticipate and address risks and issues, drive accountability, manage expectations with key stakeholders, execute, and report progress towards the goals and objectives of each initiative.
  • Develop structure, cadence, agendas, content and leading various forums related to initiatives (eg operational reviews with core team, regular updates or steering committee meetings with senior level stakeholders)
  • Lead the development of various reporting packages related to the initiative including financial reporting, pipeline reporting, and program health reporting
  • Partner with Strategy and Execution Leader and Finance to develop annual CRO budget and business plans
  • Develop content for various CRO communications (USIS updates, Quarterly webcasts, Board of Director updates, CRO Newsletters)
  • Represent the Chief Revenue Organization on corporate and special projects as required, including third party consulting engagements

What experience you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience leading large programs across applicable corporate functions (e.g., Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Technology, Data and Analytics)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and successfully delivering results for complex growth initiatives or business transformations which involve large cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed corporate environment

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $121,600 to $182,400. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive compensation program.
