The Pardot Email Specialist will help drive Jefferies’ email marketing capabilities to a best-in-class program. Jefferies is revamping its email marketing capabilities to better support its rapid growth, as well as deepen client engagement. We are seeking a Salesforce certified Pardot specialist who can manage the execution of global email campaigns and support enhancement of the overall strategy. The newly created position will be part of the marketing team and will work with key stakeholders across business lines to build and deploy email campaigns. You will partner with marketing team members on the continuous improvement for tactical campaign programs, intelligence reporting, and opportunities to maximize campaign effectiveness. You will leverage the marketing tech stack and team resources to design, build, and deploy email campaigns for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Help execute the strategic vision for Jefferies’ email marketing program by leveraging Salesforce Pardot.
- Oversee our global polling/voting campaigns involving multiple email touchpoints.
- Leverage Pardot to create repeatable and scalable processes that reduce errors and time to market.
- Oversee the design, build and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns using Stensul built templates, dynamic content, assigned senders, dynamic lists, and suppression lists.
- Track and evaluate prospect engagement and program effectiveness using data analytics and intelligence reporting.
- Build and maintain automated customer journeys such as welcome campaigns, thank you emails, re-engagement, browse abandon, etc.
- Build and use Pardot landing pages and Pardot form handler, staying current on platform and adjacent technologies and teaching others as requested.
- Partner with IT to enhance contact management infrastructure and identify best practices for managing marketing’s database of contacts.
- Work with team members to support, develop and communicate email marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Oversee the configuration, ongoing maintenance, and optimization of our Pardot instance.
Qualifications:
- 7 – 10 years of experience in email strategy, development, and execution.
- Must be certified as a Salesforce Pardot Specialist. Pardot Consultant a plus.
- Deep understanding of Pardot’s engagement history dashboards and connected campaigns
- Expert level skills using Pardot for dynamic content creation, automation, targeted email campaigns, and dynamic list management.
- Working knowledge of HTML.
- Marketing experience in financial services or related industry.
- Familiarity with MarTech tools: Salesforce CRM, Stensul, Workfront, Google Analytics, etc.
- Knowledge of other ESP’s a plus: Marketo, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo or others
- Ability to partner with Creative Services (in house and agency partners) and lines of business leads to understand strategic positioning and tactical dependencies.

The salary range for this role is $135,000 – $200,000
