The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Flammability Centre of Excellence organization is looking for a Senior Engineering Technical Integration Specialist to join the team in Everett, Washington.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads development, documentation, implementation and consultation of the application of, and compliance with, requirements for the use of engineering tools, processes and standards
- Provides training and assistance in the utilization of processes, tools and integration of engineering designs
- Ensures regulatory requirements are met
- Identifies and validates user access roles, produces tip sheets and understands system interoperability
- Provides configuration management, coordination of changes, assessments of compliance and manages the implementation of product standards across company business units and programs
- Represents Company interests on external standards committees and develops, adapts and/or adopts external standards for internal use
- Develops, maintains and distributes engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity
- Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs
- Works under minimal direction
Work Authorization:
- This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 + years of experience in leading a large project or program which required the use of project management tools & processes
- 5 + years of experience in building project plans and communicating with multiple levels of engineering leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Associates degree or higher is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in planning and executing staffing and employee development strategies
- 8+ years of experience in building positive relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting/staffing teams and candidates
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Project
Typical Education/Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.). Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Summary Pay Range: $108,800 – $147,200
