Position Title: Sr Event Producer

The Global Events Team is seeking an experienced Senior Event Producer who will report into the Senior Manager, Event Operations and Corporate Events. You will lead the planning and production of high-value in-person and digital events to support our Corporate Events. You will plan premium, safe, immersive and engaging events for internal employees and executives, such as learning and sharing engagement conferences, Town Hall Meetings and executive offsites. We are looking for someone with advanced, professional communication skills in addition to expert project management skills and a desire to collaborate with multiple partners.
Responsibilities:
- Create and align event plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Manage digital event platforms and technology.
- Create team building and offsite experiences for senior executives.
- Plan and facilitate logistics for all events including contract negotiations, venue selection and preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, av, transportation, equipment, decor and marketing materials.
- Ensure EA’s events are accessible and inclusive to all audiences.
- Facilitate attendee communications and guest experience touch points including event attendee logistics and registration.
- Ensure all events meet goals, reach metrics and follow spending guidelines.
- Negotiate and review contracts, being the point contact for event vendors and internal partners, such as legal and finance.
- Oversee budget tracking to drive operational efficiency.
- Manage event plans and design assets through internal approval process.
- Research new event experiences and concepts.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years experience in event production
- Confident and polished verbal and written communication skills
- Viewed as a solid and respected partner who is experienced at collaborating across team leads and senior executives
- Self-starter with an ability to think critically, navigate tough situations and present creative solutions
- Clear leadership ability, you easily earn respect and influence people
- Experienced with event platforms, and technology
- Experience managing several projects at once, while implementing processes to effectively track and measure deliverables.
- Experience leading a large-scale event from pre-production to onsite execution, event conclusion
- Experience overseeing project budgets, invoices and contracts
- Strong integrity and ethical character
- Expert at negotiating vendor and agency contracts
- Ability to work across many different departments and time zones.
- Experience with the entertainment, and/or gaming and industry knowledge
- Eligible to travel internationally/globally and able to work irregular hours
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
° $95,450 – $141,800
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
