Job Description
Industry Dive is seeking a seasoned Event Production Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced, studioID production team. Our dream candidate will showcase proven success in the production aspect of creating virtual events, webinars, videos, podcasts, as well as managing the day-to-day role of running events and partnering with content strategists in the overall enhancement of the client experience. Internal departmental team collaboration is your key to success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Directly work with clients to manage the full production and project management of virtual events and webinars
- Manage all aspects podcast, video and other production areas as needed
- Responsible for supporting assigned production activities; including, but not limited to, creation of webinar landing pages, podcast channels, venue/location research, site visits, list management and production schedules
- Master and optimize existing production host platforms (ON24, Hubilo, Streamyard)
- Improve quality control process across all content products
- Manage budgets, timelines, equipment and invoicing for all projects
- Initiate with creative teams all necessary production requirements involving production management, design and accounting
- Get involved with creating new and better products associated with virtual events
Qualifications
What you can bring to the table:
- 5+ years technical experience with digital production including but not limited to webinars,virtual events, podcasts and video, specifically with a focus on the technical backend
- Experience in producing in-person events and conferences a plus
- Experience with ON24, Hubilo, Streamyard or similar platforms
- Ability to own and manage successful client relationships
- Confidence in running programs and delivering technical direction
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering only top notch products.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all teams and remain calm under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a drive for excellence
Additional Information
The salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000.
