The pay range for this position varies between $81,900.00 – $116,550.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington andArcoraFoundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate’s geographic location.

- Partner with the Senior Segment Manager and sales team to develop effective campaigns to gain new customers and exceed the expectations of current key customers
- Partner with sales team to drive broker (business to business) marketing strategies across multiple channels including website, email, social media, digital advertising and other channel marketing outlets
- Develop and maintain effective sales, marketing, and presentation tools
- Lead the creation of all go-to-market content (e.g., sales enablement documentation, case studies, web page content, etc.) to articulate the benefits of our products and brand across all media platforms
- Partner with key internal team members to develop annual strategic plans, including primary and secondary research, data analysis, objective planning, media planning and budgeting
- Collaborate with the sales team in the development and implementation of training materials that educate both internal and external partners on our product features and their benefits
- Represent our company both internally and externally to promote the Delta Dental of Washington story

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to present logical rationale for objectives to gain approval cross-functionally and with senior leadership
- Effective interpersonal skills; able to successfully partner with other departments and teams
- Strong project management skills; adept at managing competing projects simultaneously
- Ability to effectively influence people
- Bachelor’s degree and six years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum of four years of progressive experience in B2B and B2C marketing
- Experience in health care, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industry a plus
- Light copywriting experience is beneficial
