Summary of Position
Position is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the construction and maintenance of all pad construction, interim reclamation, and new development storm water management in a proactive, safe, and responsible manner. This may include but is not limited to, liaison to surface owners/municipalities, remediation of environmental issues associated with all operations and day to day construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction and interim reclamation schedules.
- Manage special projects (properties, landscaping, fencing, etc.)
- Construction of all pads with regards to BMPS and Storm water Compliance
- Identify potential location sites by staking and working with the Land Dept. and Landowners
- Plan, procure materials, and equipment.
- Supervise staff, consultants, contractors in completing assigned tasks.
- Supervise new development storm water team to ensure compliance.
- Arrange the remediation of locations following drilling & completion activities.
- Manage costs by obtaining price quotes, bids, approving work and invoices, and tracking project progress
- Participate in planning/forecasting of materials and resources
- Track costs by reviewing and approving invoices, costs, and price quotes
- Assure all work performed adheres to CIVI standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Follow safe operating practices and ensure compliance with CIVI environmental, Safety & Regulatory, State and Local requirements.
- Operate company vehicle, following company compliance standards.
- Other projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent education/experience
- Requires 7+ years of experience. Oil & gas Operations

Base Pay Range:$131,500 – $137,500
