Turn 10 Studios, the creators of the award-winning Forza franchise, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Franchise Communications Lead to join our Communications team. On the Forza Communications Team, our mission is to pair genre-defining game experiences with an entertaining, accessible, and inclusive global community that brings generations of new fans to Forza and Xbox.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing plans in partnership with key stakeholders to tell our story to our community, as well as driving programs to engage content creators. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to have a impact on a key first-party franchise to the Xbox and Xbox Game Pass ecosystems.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
o OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of professional communications experience in gaming, technology, or consumer products.
Preferred Skills and Experience-
- 8+ years of gaming communications experience
- Automotive enthusiast with a passion for racing games
- Proficient understanding of online communities, streamers, and influencers
- Passion for, and current understanding of, evolving communications trends
- Writing, executive presence, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated use of inclusive behaviors. Ensure all voices are heard, be curious, and invite input from many perspectives
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Passion for providing an excellent Forza player experience in all touchpoints
- Proactive and keen attention to detail with a positive attitude
- Growth mindset with a passion for experimenting, analyzing, learning, and improving
Communications IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 – $242,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 – $264,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own holistic Forza franchise, product-level, and studio-level communications strategies with collaboration from a broad range of stakeholders
- Develop and deploy communications tactics that keep our community engaged and informed
- Create messaging to help tell our story to a variety of audiences, from core Forza fans to prospective employees and industry peers
- Partner with the Xbox Communications team as the expert in all things Forza, contributing to go-to-market communications plans and broader Xbox initiatives
- Monitor and analyse the impact of and responses to our messaging, and recommend improvements accordingly
- Define processes and practices for how social media, owned content and influencer marketing can be utilized as part of a broader communications strategy
- Develop and maintain franchise and product-level voice guidelines, ensuring that our messaging shows up in a consistent and thoughtful way
- Drive the franchise content creator engagement program to support influential members of our community
