We are looking for a Senior Game Producer with diverse experience and a fresh perspective to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Executive Producer and Director of Technology to drive effective teamwork with both internal and external teams. Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release.
- 3+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
- Experience with the game development process and applying project management practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a technical production role.
- Experience working in both development and publishing.
- Experience running external beta tests.
- Experience with Games as a Service (GaaS) models.
- Verbal and written communication skills, interacting with stakeholders and leadership at varying levels.
- Ability to identify, prioritize and resolve complex problems, achieving impactful results.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating the efforts of multiple teams.
Game Producers IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 – $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 – $238,600 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to establish well-defined schedules, goals, and key milestones.
- Track and drive the quality and timely execution of deliverables ensuring feedback from our discipline experts is heard, categorized, and prioritized.
- Proactively anticipate potential risks and collaborate on developing mitigation plans to address them before they escalate.
- Collaborate with Executive Producer on production process, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
- Provi de support to the Director of Technology in defining new technology systems and features to help developers work more efficiently.
- Coordinate the review and feedback process for milestone submissions, promoting an efficient and inclusive feedback exchange.

- Develop and nurture relationships with development studios, establishing a reliable and timely flow of information and materials among all parties involved.
- Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement product specific live operations strategies from production to post-launch.
