Responsibilities
- Provides primary assistance supporting transactional tasks using government POP 2.0 tracking tools to validate and facilitate the execution of personnel actions, to include related position description information and HR actions.
- Support and execute full-lifecycle human resources management for the government customer
- Assist with developing and maintaining position descriptions and MOUs; be proactive and responsive to action status updates to facilitate positions being filled
- Prepares briefing slides, and present HR-related information to audiences at the senior executive level
- Assists with the development and implementation of SOPs to support government managers with human resources management. facilitation of meetings
- Interfaces with government stakeholders within the office, and as directed, across stakeholder elements, to facilitate hiring processes against vacancies.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Poly level clearance is required
- Demonstrated expertise in building a program to strengthen partnerships between the IC and entities such as 1st and 2nd generation American heritage communities, academia, and professional associations
- Excellent oral and written communications skills to include the preparation of biweekly human resources updates, meeting facilitation, , stakeholder outreach (in person, virtual)
- Highly proficient with POP 2.0 HRIS system supporting talent acquisition processes; proficient with MS Office, WebEx, MS Teams
- Requires a Bachelors and 3+ years experience or no degree and 9+ years of experience

Target Salary Range
$104,000 – $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
