Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior II Analyst – Technology Management & Support.

In this role, the successful candidate will be part of the Telecom Projects Team will be a Senior level employee (System Maintainer Expert) SME working on multiple projects across the NYU Langone Enterprise. Reporting to the Lead Analyst of Technology, will be focused on Capital and Operating funded Refresh & Growth project. Has an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques to deliver technology solutions, based on developed requirements. Can meets scheduled milestones to ensure project or program objectives are met timely and will escalate appropriately if project or program deviates from scope, goals or schedules. Responsible for all Telecommunications Project Work in support of Infrastructure that is Telecom Focused and used by the NYULH Enterprise community.

Job Responsibilities:

An individual FTE professional in a single function. Meets with Projects Lead Analyst, and Department heads to gather and review technical requirements for purposes of assembling ROM budgets, implementation schedules and assign to resources in the active portfolio.

    • The Sr II Analyst must be prompt and accurate under pressure with a strong customer service back-ground.
    • PMP Certification or equivalent experience working with complex Telecommunications projects.
    • Track project updates by summarizing budget, spending, Purchase Orders, and People Resources time.
    • Helps Plan project strategy using existing standards, to execute the objectives of the project scope.
    • Participate in all change management requests for all project work under purview, providing updates and answering the tough question at the normal cadence of the Change Management meeting review.

Additional Position Specific Responsibilities:
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess Strong Awesome Customer Experience Skills

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree in either Telecommunications, Business Administration, and the equivalent learned job experience of at least 5 years in the industry with a vast understanding of Project Management in the areas of Telecommunications, Voice over IP Telephones (VoIP), Traffic Engineering, Dial Plan, Call Center, Voice Mail, SD Wan, Circuit Provisioning, and Cellular Amplification. PMP Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Project Management Skills with PMP Preference is preferred but not manditory

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $92,066.00 – $106,116.58 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
