Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience working with any, but not limited to, the following government systems and guides – NISPOM, SEAD 3, HSPD12, CVS/PIPS, ECOR, and NP2 and/or personnel database management systems like SIMS or related.
- 4+ years of experience identifying, assessing, and resolving security based solutions and managing and facilitating, related contract performance

Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under U.S. export control regulations, potentially under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency or other protected status under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
Security Clearance Requirements: The successful candidate must be a United States citizen and have active US Government Security Clearance based on a Tier 5 investigation and the ability to pass a polygraph. Candidate must be able to travel to customer sites as required.
Cloud ScreeningCandidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.

- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph (most recent Tier 5 investigation within the last 4 years).
- Security Volumes 1-4 (DoD 5205.07), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), NISPOM (32CFR Part 117).
- Knowledge of policies, regulations and databases: N CAISS, NISS, DISS, SWFT, and eQIP.
- Completion of Veteran’s Affairs provided Privacy and HIPAA Course.
- Completion of Veteran’s Affairs provided Information Security Awareness and Rules of Behavior Course.
- Completion of Center for Development of Security Excellence F acility Security Officer (FSO) certification.
- Completed an Insider Threat Awareness training.
- Familiarity with the Continuous Evaluation Program.
- Six-Sigma methodology or equivalent training.
- Membership in one or more industry relevant professional associations.
Business Program Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 – $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 – $195,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Providing continuous oversight and tracking of public trust suitabilities and public trust suitability related actions, track self-inspections for disparate sites, execute and/or support government security compliance audits for public trust contracts.
- Provide support for United States Government security clearance holders by processing clearances and resolving clearance related actions (i.e., Visit Requests, Foreign Travel, etc.) as required in support of the greater National Security Team (NST) mission.
- Responsible for all aspects of security services: customer satisfaction, services delivery, and operations.
- Development, implementation and oversight of security processes and procedures for public trust suitabilities and public trust suitability related actions, sensitive or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Conduct studies and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
- Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
- Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to controlled areas.
- Investigates security violations, incidents, and prepares reports with administrative inquiries.
- Acts as primary contact for ensuring the delivery and execution of specific personnel security briefings and indoctrination material.
- Actively participates in Government security audits and maintains records for such audits.
- Assist the Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) with the execution of an insider-threat program.
- Provides security support and direction including the development and maintenance of Facility Clearance Level (FCL) sponsorship and security guidance.
- Interacts with senior/executive management on matters pertaining to security policy and procedures.
