Job Description

Senior IS Project Manager, FP&A – Enterprise Information Services – hybrid within the Providence footprint of locations (WA, OR, CA, AK, MT, NM, TX)

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for one or more moderate to large and complex projects in the areas of business operations and financial planning and analysis. Functions includes, but not limited to, designing, and implementing workflows / tools, or participating in workflow design that will optimize our processes in financial planning (opex & capex), procurement, and human resource planning. You will be part of a cross-functional team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, leverage your knowledge in financial planning to mature our operational processes that help our senior leaders to manage their resource effectively and efficiently. You will also play a key role in managing operational processes and tools, including data quality, training, and updating policies and procedures. Your strong project management skills and analytical capabilities will be essential in driving changes across a large and highly complex organization.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Project Management / Business Administration / Healthcare Administration / Clinical Or equivalent educ/experience.
  • 6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations leading medium to large complex projects using PM methodologies and software.
  • 6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations managing projects with multiple project teams, product development lifecycle, or quality lifecycle.
  • 6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders.
  • 6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations developing and modifying process standards and objectives to a project as appropriate.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Min 5 yr – Financial Planning &Analysis, Financial Operation, Financial Modeling
  • Knowledge in working with Power BI / Power Automate
  • Experience in Oracle / ERP system
  • MBA

Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla) Min: $41.30, Max: $67.81

Montana Min: $37.36, Max: $61.35

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
