We are hiring a Senior IT Manager to work in our Saratoga, CA office OR our Beverly, Mass. office across the business, supporting our executive, administrative, finance, and engineering teams. This is an opportunity to build out an IT infrastructure strategy from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
This is a very hands-on position and is on-site
You will have detailed knowledge and proficiency in at least 3 of the areas below:
1. Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint/Okta/JIRA/Confluence/Atalassian products/Azure Active Directory and similar programs with integration experience across multiple platforms, with scripting capability.
2. Licensing and management experience including hardware selection, support and negotiations with vendors across mechanical, electrical and RF engineering software domains.
3. Physical Server, IT wiring and deployment, including setting up Linux/ESXI/RDP/Containers and cluster environments and ordering and dealing with internet infrastructure ordering and multi-vendor environments.
4. Software skills in Python and Database administration for the integration of platforms, SSO, and many IT related software packages which require consistent updates, including NAS and backup system automation, SLAMP, and other Web opps and high availability clustering systems.
5. LAN management and security experience at a global scale including a deep understanding of routing, firewall configuration, VLAN’s and supporting a variety of complex SDWAN, IPSEC and other similar implementations.

Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Minimum of 10+ years proven working experience as an Senior IT Manager or relevant experience
Must be Microsoft Certified, and have experience managing the Microsoft suite of end user and infrastructure tools
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, VPNs, network administration and network installation
Proven ability to work with multiple teams and orgs to enact solutions and establish IT best practices.
Domestic and international travel required
$140,000 – $180,000 a year
The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position in question, which is based on market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
