What You’ll Do
- Project team leadership and budget management
- Manage multi-discipline engineering and design projects from concept through completion
- Participate in firm leadership committees
- Track and measure performance against goals
- Effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder group
- Complete projects within the budget and schedule
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Participate in and create business development activities
- Present to clients, staff and at industry events
- Provide mentorship, training and development for staff
- Update company standards and improve company processes
- Enforce the project quality management plan (QMP)
- May be responsible as the Engineer of Record (EOR)
- Inspire and motivate staff
- Lead and manage projects successfully and profitably
- Demonstrate commitment to PAE and LUMA
- Serve as a technical resource for the company
What You Bring
- College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Theater or associated field for discipline work, or relevant experience
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), Architect, Interior Designer, or accredited lighting design professional (LC. CLD) preferred
- LEED accreditation
- Effective leadership and people skills; must have experience in a leadership role
- Project management skills including billing, reporting, resource allocation and scheduling
- Microsoft Office Suite
What We Offer
- Base salary Range: $98,300-$139,000 annual.
The salary range is one component of PAE’s total compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic work location in determining final salary. At PAE, roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases year-end performance bonus, dividend and ownership bonuses. The above range represents PAE’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
