JOB DETAILS
Base Pay: $20.50-$22.50 per hour
Day Shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will support the maintenance team in various duties. This will include purchasing, management of purchase orders for department expenses and capital appropriation, organizing inventory, managing maintenance work order system, managing inventory, assisting Maintenance Supervisor with work scheduling and interacting with vendors. This position will report directly to the Engineering Manager.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Capital and Expense purchasing for Maintenance Department
- Support purchasing for other departments as needed
- Manage Maintenance Workorder System
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining parts inventories
- Assist Maintenance supervisor in scheduling maintenance work
- Work with outside vendors to procure quotes and schedule work
- Department documentation
- Use of full Microsoft suite as needed
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, ReqLogic ERP and MP2 Maintenance System preferred
- Knowledge of 5S and Kanban systems preferred
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Continuing education or technical training preferred
- Experience with computers including full Microsoft suite and Oracle ERP preferred
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Exposure or experience with 5S and Kanban or similar manufacturing system
- Previous experience related to a maintenance role is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb if necessary.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Spend extended periods on production floor and maintenance storage areas
