Job Description
• You will work closely with internal and client teams to identify business needs and analytics opportunities, scoping customized analyses to drive increased marketing and business performance.

o Optimization techniques to employ across channels and within channels (Video, Banner, Search, Programmatic, etc.)

o You will focus on storytelling and insight generation

o You have experience of measurement frameworks and KPI discovery

o You have experience designing test

o Experience visualizing data

o Knowledge of digital attribution methods
• Guide the creation of advanced reporting through automated processes to more efficiently consolidate data from a multitude of internal, vendor, and application specific sources

o Knowledge of SQL/R/Python, Advanced Excel techniques, Powerpoint

o Experience working in media platforms (Meta, DV360, TTD, Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Improve the quality of reporting by creating easy to follow weekly or monthly visual dashboards that key stakeholders will utilize on a regular basis to make informed business decisions

o Knowledge of Datorama, Tableau, Google Data Studio or similar dashboard products
• Manage/mentor junior team members

Qualifications

You must have 4+ years relevant Media or Analytics experience to be considered
• Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, economics or related field, required
• Possesses understanding of digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics
• Exposure to mobile, social, tablet measurement approaches as well as understanding of role of attribution and paths to conversions
• Demonstrates understanding of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance
• Experience in SQL, manipulating large data tables and creating custom queries
• CPG experience
• Retail media experience
• Audience creation experience

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$110,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
