Sr,Manager, Frontline Catalog Marketing
As a member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that showcase our artists’ music. You’ll work closely with the SVP of frontline catalog and our talented marketing managers who initially released these albums, as well as the legal, data and finance teams. You will have the opportunity to work with all ends of the musical spectrum, from rock to pop, hip-hop to punk. This role is in a fast-paced environment and will require working in true synergy with multiple departments from legal, digital, sales, international and more.
What You’ll Be Doing.
- Marketing “frontline catalog” – titles that came out over 18 months ago, but are still relatively new
- Capitalize on organic moments to maximize benefits for the repertoire – embrace and optimize if something is going viral or experiencing an uptick in activity
- Interface with legal and finance to obtain all pertinent information to track releases
- Maintain systems that monitor priority titles with all pertinent information – terms, key dates, contacts, stock levels, etc
- Interface with the production department and retail sales team to create more opportunities for physical product
- Work with artist and creative teams to execute plans on the entire scale – from social support, to full-fledged marketing campaigns
- Monitor and action around milestones, anniversaries and tour dates
Must-Haves
- Previous marketing experience at a record label, artist management firm, or other marketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use discretion in communicating with internal and external parties
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of high-profile projects and assets at all times
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox/file sharing, streaming platforms, and the internet.

Pay Range
$67,000 – 75,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
