Job mission
Reporting to the Director of High Jewelry Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the expansion of our high-end client database and fostering meaningful client journeys, maximizing sales opportunities, and strengthening Cartier’s leadership position as the preferred choice for discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- High End Client Strategy and Development
- Create and lead the execution of retention strategies for top EIP-VVIP clients, maintaining high and individualized level of client experience. Play an active role in the budget allocation for top client experiences.
- Identify emerging clients with high potential and define upgrade journeys to be activated by the sales teams.
- Identify client recruitment and business development ideas to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a detailed up-to-date client book and leverage relevant client database information to guide sales development strategies.
- Partner with marketing partners to develop the right client outreach materials (outreach templates, emails, high-end gifting selection, etc)
- Client Experience and events
- Define client targeting and manage client lists and experience packages for each HJ commercial event and other cultural activations.
- Play an active role in the definition of the HJ event calendar and the proposed client experiences.
- Support HJ events on site to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Develop relationships with some high-end clients, alongside their sales expert, personally meeting some of them at events, to maintain a deep understanding of high-end client’s expectations.
- Team leadership
- Guide and support the retail teams in the implementation of their high-end client strategies and action plans, providing clear and measurable KPIs.
- Develop a client-centric culture and promote the understanding of HNW clients’ expectations across the company.
- Partner closely with Client Engagement teams, boutique teams and HJ Sales Experts to develop a culture of information and best-practice sharing, while being in the forefront of client PII guidelines
- Manage, develop, and upskill High End Client Assistant Manager
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of related experience
- Strong affinity with luxury, refined taste level, attention to details
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Previous experience in both CRM and luxury retail
- Ability to lead strategies in complex corporate environments, to effectively communicate ideas and to influence decision-making, in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Expected base salary range: $140,000-$150,000.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
