As a Senior manager in the US Marketplace business, you will be an integral part of the team that builds the strategy, the execution plan and leads the roll out of programs that will transform the seller and customer marketplace experience and accelerate the US Marketplace growth.

- Prior experience developing and leading strategic programs. Plus if you have experience around assortment & inventory strategy for eCom, working cross-functionally with product and analytics teams.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business partners.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Track record of delivering results and ability to demonstrate measurable impact to business and customer KPIs.
- Experience making data-driven business decisions to help prioritize and shape projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion products throughout the organization.
- Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced, start-up like environment.

You will make an impact by:
- Developing Strategies to improve customers’ shopping – Gain a deep understanding of the what assortment customers engage with and identify opportunities to further elevate the assortment offered on Walmart Marketplace. Clearly articulate and position the strategy and goals of each initiative to generate buy in and ensure the capabilities are built accordingly.
- Leading the execution plan – Lead operations and gain cross-functional collaboration at the executive level to ensure the initiative/ tactical plan is properly executed, including capability automation, product feature roll out, seller adoption, and internal stakeholder adoption. Track, communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders and teams across Walmart Marketplace and the company at large.
- Driving organizational change – Be passionate about the seller, be seller obsessed, set the example for your team and drive marketplace education that drives ownership across Walmart. The ultimate objective for you is to drive organizational and cultural change at Walmart to ensure Marketplace delivers on its longer-term goals.
- Operating with excellence: Operate at the highest standards. As the leader and owner of the strategic programs that will yield the scalable growth for Marketplace you must make sure that you and the team execute with excellence, are subject matter experts, understand very well the role they play, leverage research and data to make decisions, and can represent marketplace and engaging with leadership across the organization.

Basic Qualification:
- Min. 6 years related experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Product Management, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
- 2+ years of experience leading cross functional teams and influencing change behavior.
- Strong organizational skills, a keen sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary.
- Strong analytical skills with moderate to advance proficiency in Excel.
About the Team
- As a member of MP Assortment growth team, you will be part of the growing Marketplace organization within Walmart. The Assortment growth team is part of the Marketplace Seller acquisition and Onboarding organization, leading initiatives that allows us to identify and recommend in-demand assortment to our sellers and bring them on platform for our customers.

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$195,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
