Our team is growing quickly, and we are looking to bring in the next set of leaders to drive our growth ambitions. We are currently looking for a Senior Ops Manager to join Walmart GoLocal as we expand our last mile delivery services to small and medium sized retailers.
You’ll be successful i n th i s role i f:
- You have experience building the facilitation of sales training, processes, practices, and analytics to support client-facing members of the account management team.
- You have experience carrying out performance analysis of sales enablement processes by tracking: content, resource, and tool usage; sales enablement metrics and KPIs; and performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps of the sales team.
- You have strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling and easy to interpret presentations that drive informed decision making for sales.
- You possess the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, highly matrixed environment with highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills.
- You have stellar problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions with little guidance and craft high-quality, analytically sound, detail-oriented outputs.
- You have experience working cross-functionally across multiple disciplines (Marketing, Public Relations, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Sales, Operations)
You’ll make an i mpact by:
- Enabling sales to cohesively and effectively sell WGL’s portfolio of its delivery service platform
- Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth of WGL through the enablement of sales and account management teams with processes, tools, insights, data, technology, training, and program development
- Responsible for gaining alignment and buy-in with key stakeholders and implement strategic, technological, operational, and performance enhancements to drive sales productivity
- Defining, establishing, and implementing operational processes for new sales product offerings to ensure ways of working, controls and handoffs have been properly identified and established across sales, operations, analytics, and tech teams to deliver on business goals
- Serve as a key liaison between sales, marketing, ops, and product teams
- Accountable for the approval process for MSA client contracts. This includes defining scalable, trackable process and training sales teams accordingly
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure sales readiness via process development, systems updates/integrations, GTM planning, etc. to ensure successful adoption
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in strategy, sales enablement, sales, or comparable field
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills, that enable you to use data to synthesize multiple data inputs into a holistic data driven recommendation/output
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities on tight deadlines
- Experience defining, establishing, and implementing operational processes across a portfolio of products
- Experience interfacing and communicating with executives, business and technical stakeholders
- Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel
The base salary range is $105,000 – $195,000.
