You’ll make an impact by:

  • Ensuring a smooth & efficient growth and professional services function for our Enterprise/Mid Market clients
  • Devising and executing initiatives across our Launch, Growth & Operations team for collaboration efficiency and improvements
  • Identifying ways to drive performance across the Growth, Expansions & Operations team by using data-driven decision making & cross functional collaboration
  • Help the team grow from 0 to 1 by building the foundations for scale
  • Operate as a Chief of Staff to the Head of Growth, Expansions & operations to streamline operational cadence & reporting

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Strategy & Operations role
  • 3+ years experience working with or in Client Success and/or Operations roles
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and are enthusiastic to “roll up your sleeves” and proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Can take a proactive, consultative approach, building trust consistently and quickly
  • Skilled at prioritization and organization and work well under pressure
  • Critical data-driven decision-making skills and strong in excel and analytical tools
  • Hold a high standard of ethics and integrity
  • Desire to get 1% better everyday

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with Sales & Business Development Leaders
  • Experience building from 0 to 1
  • Proven success working in a hybrid work environment with teammates across the country
  • Consistently hit objectives and goals

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Devising and executing initiatives against the overall strategy
  • Identifying ways to drive performance across the Growth, Expansions & o=Operations Organization
  • Manage cross-functional projects with sales by building models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives
  • Help the team grow from 0 to 1 by building the foundations for scale
  • Supporting in the execution of playbooks and implementation of all aspects of Go-To-Market plan

The annual salary range for this position is $ 119,000.00 to $ 221,000.00
