We are looking for a Sr Manager II of Membership Analytics to join the Walmart+ business team to support development of scalable data driven solutions that support omni-channel strategies in driving member growth, and retention. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, data-driven, strategic, & results-oriented leader with a strong passion for the member. This individual will have expertise in data mining, data structures, data modelling, analysis, story telling, and project management. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and can work cross-functionally to support business data needs and democratize data, evaluate program performance and forecast future performance against an aggressive growth roadmap.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $89,500.00-$192,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
