What you’ll do…
The Senior Manager II, Operations eComm – Last Mile Platform Planning & Strategy is the link between the multiple organizations of the Walmart Last Mile Platform. It drives the business forward through elevating strategic planning sessions, working backwards plans, and incorporating lessons learned to ensure the business stays focused and integrated on one plan. Additionally, this role will elevate the leadership and culture development of the organization through strong onboarding plans, training seminars, and offsites to ensure that the organization continues to invest in our people. Given the cross functional nature of the role, the exposure to E2E business planning, and leadership development, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership development, and be a curious, nimble, problem solver who brings people together through earning trust.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $119,000.00-$221,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
