Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager of Loyalty and Rewards to lead our driver loyalty program in the gig driver industry. The Senior Manager of Loyalty and Rewards will be enthusiastic about the Loyalty space with proven record of building and driving a Loyalty program from scratch. They will a highly influential Individual Contributor who thrives on working cross-functionally to develop a loyalty strategy that connects the rewards to driver quality and enhances driver retention, engagement, and experience. The ideal candidate must be a strong strategic thinker with a balance of individual execution and strong analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a driver loyalty program that aligns with business objectives and enhances driver retention, engagement, and experience.
• Set a foundation that will have Executive-level visibility on a Loyalty program that will enhance the App and Driver Experience for the largest Last Mile delivery platform for the company.
• Drive long-term vision, roadmap, vision, strategy for Spark Driver platform to become a leading delivery platform for gig drivers.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partner relationships and ensure contracted service levels are achieved and partnerships are fully leveraged.
• Work with Product, Operations, Acquisition, Marketing, Research, Experience, Finance Revenue Management, to execute the loyalty components in support of the broader business strategy and supporting revenue targets.
• Provide leadership in creating and continually evolving service offerings, delivery, and execution of loyalty programs, driving program acquisition, member retention and revenue opportunities.
• Influence cross-functionally by clearly defining strategic purpose of roles, establishing individual performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, coaching and developing, conducting ongoing recognition and succession management.
• Oversee the gathering and analysis of information including program results and trends, competitive actions, market research, product development and frontline feedback to analyze changes in the market.
• With a critical focus on materially growing the program portfolios, synthesize and present key results to senior leadership and executives and other cross-functional leaders.
• Forecast and analyze key driver statistics and trends to determine long term driver value as a result of loyalty program changes.
• Set goals, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to measure and track progress towards achieving loyalty program KPIs, such as driver retention, quality, and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the loyalty program is integrated with other driver initiatives, such as training and development.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with loyalty programs
  • Proven experience with analytics and statistics analysis
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain or Transportation industry preferred.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytics capability.
  • Highly collaborative and agile, adept at managing stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing, leading and delivering projects, managing a high-performing team, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial ownership mindset to get things done with a degree of assertiveness.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate customer experience solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed to support the strategic goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $119,000.00-$221,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…
