The Walmart US eCommerce cross border team builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart’s customers. In this role, you’ll collaborate across Strategy, Analytics, Product, Engineering and Procurement to set the vision of and build shipping solutions that help sellers ship packages domestically and cross border. Obsessing over simplification and reducing friction for sellers is at the heart of this role as you create intuitive and loveable experiences. You’ll be focused on helping seller increasing their sales while minimizing their costs. In this role you will apply a general management perspective and problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the product roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams internally or externally to put solutions in place that will achieve the desired outcomes. You’ll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a roadmap to win on our platform. This Senior Manager II will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management, strategy, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain & analytics.
Responsibilities
- Business lead for the Shipping solutions – Go-to business lead on product scope, product releases, ramp plan, etc. cross border and domestic shipping services for our sellers. Ensure complex product launches are executed smoothly to unlock maximum value. Manage communication with leadership for alignment, updates, and problem solving.
- Lead go-to-market commercialization for major initiatives, starting with aligning on overarching business strategy, designing launch strategy, onboarding cross-functional teams, building in-depth plans, and executing the plans.
- Responsible for translating product solutions into business propositions for the customers and unlocking maximum value from investments. This will include business program management, cross-functional onboarding, functional deep-dives, and alignment at program level and individual functional level.

The annual salary range for this position is $119,000.00-$221,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
Minimum Qualifications…

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations
management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
