Senior Manager II, Systems Management – Private Brands

Locations: Bentonville AR, Dallas TX, San Bruno CA, or Hoboken NJ

As a Senior Manager II, Private Brands Merchandising Systems , you’ll serve as an advocate for our customers and will see the products you support come to life in stores and online. You’ll ensure our Private Brands systems allow our product developers, safety & compliance managers, merchants , and suppliers to c onsistently deliver great quality and value to our customers. As a trusted systems administrator with solid technical credentials, you’ll help to build needed capabilities and quickly address opportunities when identified . Through the scale and access of the Walmart system, you’ll be able to truly impact the business and the lives of millions of customers worldwide. Along the way, you’ll be guided by our deep-rooted culture with the support and tools you need to do your best work.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You have a strong working understanding of databases and data storage and have co nsiderable experience in writing reports from relational databases, including MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau , and Oracle BI Publishe r .
  • You are adept at supporting a large customer and supplier base across multiple tool s, flexing communication approaches when required .
  • You work well with 3 rd – party systems providers to identify , escalate, & quickly resolve issues and to implement needed systems configuration changes or upgrades.
  • You’re comfortable in initiating and leading system creation or enhancement programs in support of the Private Brands business strategy.
  • You are tenacious, dedicated, agile, and a self-starter: you are willing to adapt approach if required and do whatever’s needed to finish while still ensuring data standards are maintained .

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Designing the future of our Private Brand systems : you’ll work to understand the needs of our PB associates and will partner with 3 rd party providers and internal development teams to provide better business solutions.
  • Ensuring reliable tools & systems : you’ll administer and troubleshoot technology with internal and external teams to drive prompt issue resolution while establish ing safeguards for the future .
  • Building relationships : you’ll use your influencing and leadership skills to build trusted partnerships , both internally and externally, to influence decisions and deliver results.
  • Supporting market success : you’ll work with product development managers, sourcing managers and suppliers to monitor PLM task completion and ensure accuracy of supplier and product information .
  • Engaging supplier s : you’ll drive a step-change in supplier communications and outreach , persuading suppliers to better utilize the available Private Brands tools and improve performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,500.00-$192,500.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
