We are looking to hire a Senior Manager of Finance who will act as a Finance Business Partner to our Technology Services team. Our FP&A team seeks to be a business value creator for the Jack Henry organization by providing financial analysis and guidance. A successful candidate will provide strong financial analysis with strategic insights to guide the direction of the organization. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven leader with an advanced level of financial analysis, reporting and business partnering skills, in addition to prior leadership experience delivering complex reporting and analyses. This position will be filled to work at any Jack Henry office location or Remotely within the U.S.

The target salary range for this position is $90,800 – $145,000, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing and leading Technology Services FP&A team.
• Design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
• Ensure integration of data produced into systems and supports objectives of financial analysts.
• Participate in annual audits and special projects.
• Review P&L and SOP at a consolidated level and a detail level.
• Act as the accounting liaison to operations.
• Assist operations managers with financial processes and procedures; collaborate with operations managers to complete their budgeting and forecasting processes, including meeting with Executives.
• Regulatory reporting and compliance issues and research.
• Ensure SEC reporting is completed accurately and timely in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures.
• Ensure area of responsibility is in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
• May work with external consultants or auditors to provide required information and ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• A minimum 10 years of progressive responsible experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Previous experience working as a finance business partner for an organizational function providing financial analysis and strategic guidance.
• Proven financial leadership experience across a large department or functional area with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:
• Ability to bring creativity, “Think outside of the box” attitude to the position while at the same time providing consistent, accurate financial analysis.
• MBA and/or CPA or other related professional certification desired.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of or experience with OneStream, Tableau or PowerBI.
• Prior experience in a Financial or Technology Services organization.
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry.
• Ability to make recommendations in order to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.
