Senior Manager of Spark Driver Experience

What you’ll do…
The Sr. Manager of Spark Driver Experience will own one or more areas related to Drivers’ experiences on the Spark Platform. In this role you will become an expert in your area, identifying opportunities to improve the platform for Drivers. You will seek to strengthen Spark’s business through Revenue Growth/Cost Savings while ensuring Drivers’ needs are considered. You will support your strategic recommendations with strong business cases and track success of your initiatives against KPI targets.

  • You have deep knowledge of the gig economy and challenges faced by earners on gig platforms.
  • You’re familiar with Walmart Spark, Walmart+, or Walmart’s retail operations.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Become an Expert – work tirelessly to understand the experience from the Driver’s perspective and become the advocate of the Driver in discussions with other teams.
  • Be Proactive – manage projects proactively across a wide range of stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring on-time delivery of key objectives.
  • Continuously Improve – engage in constant learning and analysis to identify new opportunities and relevant industry trends.
  • Be an Agent of Change – be able to tell the story of why your project(s) matters and seamlessly adjust for different stakeholder audiences.
  • Get your Hands Dirty – be able to take initiatives from ideation to scale and operate with an ownership mindset throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • 2+ years of experience working on gig delivery platforms
  • Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field

The annual salary range for this position is $79,000 to $169,000

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
