Last Mile Delivery works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store at the comfort of their home. You will be a key player in growing last mile delivery program and connecting our stores to our customers. We are looking for a Sr Manager of Business Strategy & Insights to join our dedicated delivery business team to support operations and strategies that drive on-time performance, asset utilization and reduce cost. This individual will have expertise in business operations, data analysis, and program management. You will have direct visibility with senior leadership and will drive initiatives to support the rapid growth of delivery business. You will work closely with your peers and cross-functional partners to help inform and craft executive narratives and provide business insights and analysis with a robust foundation.

You will bridge the art of what is possible across today’s rapidly evolving last mile delivery landscape.

  • Business Insights- You excel at designing and building new and impactful KPIs and metrics to measure performance and driver business growth. You are equally strong at getting into the weeds and making sure that you have required data needed to support these metrics. You are able to use your understanding of data in order to scope and define your reporting requirements to our data science partners. Partner with data and technical engineers to define data and tracking requirements
  • Program ownership – You are able to independently lead, execute and oversee end-to-end programs with a high degree of ambiguity. You have strong organizational skills that enable you to manage multiple priorities, set expectations and collaborate across stakeholders, managers and peers.
  • Business acumen – You are able to translate insights into relevant business recommendation, anticipate the needs of stakeholders and connect the dots across various teams, research and insights in order to build convincing and synthesized recommendations.
  • Great communicator – You’re capable of telling the story behind the data to an executive audience and you are a pro at building slide decks that can simplify any complex story. You can customize your communication style based on stakeholders. You can easily translate a business question to analysis technique and provide specs to technical teams or analysts.
  • Data visualization – You are a pro at leveraging visualization to build compelling stories based on context to integrate multiple pieces of information into cohesive insights. You can develop visuals (charts, infographics) and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experimentation & Prototyping: You are experienced at designing and executing experiments to achieve business objectives and drive optimization. Measuring success of these experiments based on defined metrics and identifying business opportunities.
  • Strategy Development: You are able to build out business cases, perform competitive landscape analysis and completing ad-hoc analyses to pitch new ideas.

What you need:

  • 6+ years of experience in areas of operations, e-commerce (or) strategy at a fast-growing company or management consulting at a top-tier firm
  • Experience with Tableau (or) a similar visual analytics platform
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with stakeholders and move fast by removing barriers
  • Resourceful self-starter who can drive projects autonomously
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments, comfortable with ambiguities, and taking decisions independently
  • Presentation experience and a proven track record of using insights to influence stakeholders and colleagues
  • Understand the nuances of Product Development and embrace collaboration tools that empower remote teams to work closer together

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…
