The Czinger 21C is a groundbreaking 3D printed hybrid hypercar with a combined powertrain output of over 1250BHP. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Production Control Systems to join our team.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards
- Control and plan the daily production for the Czinger vehicle program.
- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected vehicle projects.
- Coordinate suitable strategies and objectives for each program and coordinate cross-project and cross functional activities.
- Coordinate required materials with supply chain to ensure availability for production according to plan.
- Manage workorders and vendors.
- Organize and maximize production output.
- Create yearly budgets and monitor resource allocation and asset utilization, including profit & loss (P&L) responsibilities for assigned areas.
- Set, evaluate, and analyze departments key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement consumable management system.
- Set up a change management system with roll out over relevant departments.
- Manage due dates for implemented changes.
- Identify appropriate Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing Executions System (MES) and implement both the MRP and MES systems.
- Set company goals for growth, proposing, and developing expansion initiatives, including growing new business opportunities by representing the company on technical and commercial matters.
- Direct supervision of three to five production professionals: Production Control Planner, Production Systems Leader, Paint Coordinator.
- Position requires domestic travel approximately 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or closely related field.
- Licenses/Certificates: APICS: Basics of Supply Chain management; APICS: Master Planning of Resources; Integrated Internal Auditor based on ISO 14001, version 2004 and OSHAS 18001, version 1999 (or more recent versions).
- Experience/Skills: At least FIVE (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or at least FIVE (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the following:
- 1. Logistics for automotive production facilities
- 2. Material Management for automotive production facilities
- 3. Supply Chain Management for automotive production facilities
- 4. Lean Manufacturing
- 5. Continuous Improvement-Kaizen Strategy
- 6. Strategic Planning and Forecasting for automotive production facilities
- 7. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- 8. Developing, tracking, and analyzing KPI’s in procurement, material, quality, manufacturing and production for automotive production facilities
- 9. Direct supervision of at least five production staff
Five years of experience must also include at least TWO (2) years of experience in the following:
$190,000 – $220,000 a year
