Highlights:
As the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement Program Management, you drive enterprise-wide growth by establishing strategic program activations and sales accelerations in the Midmarket segment. You communicate our program strategy to key stakeholders and ensure adherence to program tactics to achieve established goals. You manage multiple programs simultaneously through strategic leadership and the allocation of resources. Using your extensive sales and marketing expertise and project management experience, you ensure the completion of projects and programs from the original concept through final optimization. You collaborate with boundary partners and empower them to identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles to exceed defined goals. You excel at managing your assigned programs and teams in an office environment. You report to the Director of Program Management for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Encourage enterprise-wide excellence by supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
- Drive complex programs through collaboration with leadership to create roadmaps and coordinate the development and implementation of multiple initiatives.
- Improve team performances by providing purpose, guidance and motivation to team members.
- Meet project objectives on time and within budget by tracking projects statuses and adjusting team member assignments and resource allocation.
- Maintain company compliance with department policies, procedures and practices by updating all project documentation and monitoring programs.
- Mitigate financial risk through the review and approval of project budgets, funding requests, forecasts, invoices, cost allocations and reporting.
- Increase efficiency by guiding and reinforcing project management best practices and applying learned lessons from previous projects.
- Exceed quality standards and client expectations by recruiting, hiring, training and motivating the project management team and setting project quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with executives and management on projects with minimal direction.
- Regularly review project forecasts for adequacy and develop plans for improvement.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Three or more years of management experience.
- Six or more years of project management experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a positive attitude, diplomatic approach, confidence and comfort around peers and the leadership team.
- Proven ability to establish a rapport, define expectations and gain commitment on project goals and deliverables.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to resolve issues while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- History of prioritizing, organizing and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working independently.
- Track record of translating and synthesizing data and complex information into compelling narratives.
- Repeated success supervising and motivating others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

- Six or more years of marketing and sales experience.
- Multi-disciplinary skill set relating to people, management, organization and development.
- Data-driven with the ability to deploy initiatives and evaluate results to improve future iterations.
- Proficient in using sales and enablement tools, such as Salesforce, Outreach, Showpad or Altify.
- Expert knowledge of the buyer’s journey with the ability to evolve as the marketplace undergoes rapid digital transformation.
- Strong executive-level communication skills.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to stay current on emerging markets, sales and sales enablement trends, sales theories and sales tools.
- Excellent time management skills that can utilize and effective collaborative approach.
Your education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
- Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred).

The pay for this position has a salary range of $110,800.00 to $257,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
