obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we

would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is [$120,000 – $200,000].

Job description:

The successful candidate will develop and implement training material to drive internal certification training across multiple verticals including Aerospace & Defense, Automotive and Industrial.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Director of Safety & Certification and will chip in to training internal teams as well as suppliers in order to drive improvement in certification project execution.

In the past you’ve:
Crafted and implemented comprehensive software development process training
Produced DO178-C, IEC61508, ISO26262 or any other regulatory standards training material
Worked with management to identify training needs
Conducted training sessions for a technical audience

Responsibilities: (MUST)
• Manage new hire and on-going training campaigns for staff and suppliers
• Work with management to assess educational needs
• Develop and run training programs for regulatory standards such as: DO178-B/C, IEC61508, or ISO26262.
• Develop and conduct training sessions (online and in-person)
• Organize and maintain the online training material repository

Minimum Qualifications: (MUST)
• 10-12 years of industry experience with a minimum 3+ years of training experience and 2+ years of experience with software or systems safety certifications
• Experience in A&D, Automotive or Industrial certification processes
• Familiarity with safety certification standards like DO178-B/C, IEC61508, or ISO26262
• Ability to present the training material in an engaging way
• BSc / MSc degree (Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent technical degree).
