As a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management you will be helping expand a leading Walmart product into new markets including International. You will be the single threaded owner working with Tech teams to manage, track and report the work across the New Market Portfolio.
About Team: Data Ventures
Our team creates reusable technologies to help with customer acquisition, onboarding, and empowering merchants, while ensuring a seamless experience for both of these stakeholders. We also optimize tariffs and assortment in accordance with Walmart’s Everyday Low Cost philosophy. We not only create affordability, but we also deliver customized experiences for customers across all channels – in-store, mobile app, and websites. Owns the Charter to Build & Expand Walmart Luminate and other related products within Walmart
What you’ll do:
- Define initiative goals, objectives, scope and governance.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Govern the initiative working closely w/ Tech (primary stakeholder), product and other groups. Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report progress and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
- Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other related activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
What you’ll bring:
- Led complex initiatives that span across multiple cross functional organizations (for at least 3+ years in last 5 years)
- Relevant experience as a TPM or QE Lead or Engineering Lead or a Product lead
- Proven experience to influence outcome without direct authority
- Strong sense of how to practically scale Agile methodology
- Experience building complex reports using JIRA & Confluence

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
Minimum Qualifications…
