Job Description:
The Senior Trade Marketing Associate will be responsible for assistance with overall department functions.
You Will:
- Events/Comms: Specifically related to event support and coordination such as invites, ticket tracking and deployment, event check-in, mailings, invoice processing for 70+ annual events
- Awards Comms: Support the awards program, ensuring calendar up-to-date, identify awards to submit for, budget accurate, awards programs submitted promptly, work with other departments for submissions, and acquire tickets for awards galas.
- Client Engagement Campaigns: Support client outreach for events, manage client campaigns from start to finish, including outreach, ensuring house and web ads are live and sent to clients, and promotion of client campaigns.
- Barter Partnerships: Manages a series of barters from initial outreach through execution, maintains function, set-up, backend, tracking of barter partnerships.
- Internal Comms/Training: Supports department with internal comms and training such as The Curve, MMS, MMSU, AMA, Annual Sales Summit
- Leads: Supports department with lead development currently in Salesforce and managing incoming leads from new initiatives
- Swag/Premiums: Strategist and keeper of swag for MMS staff & clients
- Holiday Gifts/Cards/Party: Coordinate and execute this initiative for MMS staff
- Administrative Support: Support the Trade Marketing Director with scheduling, calendar, travel & expenses on an as-needed basis
You Have:
- 3+ years marketing/PR/writing experience
- A propensity for action (Learn, Do, Share), whether it be (knowledge, ideas, etc.) creativity; an eye for detail and knack for storytelling
- Experience balancing delicate internal senior stakeholders
- A good writer with basic copy-editing skills
- Coordination of meetings with senior-level stakeholders
- Building product roadmaps and effective prioritization
- Proficiency with G-Suite & Microsoft Office
- A shrewd eye for data, analysis and insights (Excel/Sheets skills)
- Comfortable working in highly-matrixed organizations

Pay Range: $40,000 – $160,000
