The newly developed NAS Marketing team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting edge tools for marketers. The Sr Marketing Manager – Offsite Media will be responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive sales and innovation across paid social and paid display/video campaigns.
This role will have end-to-end ownership of campaigns from ideation to execution with a strong foundation in e-commerce best practices.
The role will require you to bring your proven creative, analytical, and strategic capabilities to imagine, develop, plan, implement, and optimize compelling campaigns that deliver results.
The role will require you to think strategically and execute flawlessly. You understand data workflows, customer segmentation, automation and personalization, ecomm and consumer marketing, and testing best practices.
The role will require you to earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and are excited to test and learn in a data-driven environment.
This role will work autonomously yet enjoy collaboration, handle multiple large-scale initiatives, and deliver results that raise the bar.
A successful candidate will be motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, have high quality standards, and be passionate about building a new customer experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
– In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid display, paid social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in DTC and e-commerce products/services or Consumables Packaged Goods

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
