ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client, a leading global AmLaw 25 law firm, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager (Pitches & Proposals) to join their Marketing & Business Development team. The Senior Marketing Manager will reinforce and embody the practices of the firm’s firm-wide pitches & proposals team to support firm attorneys and other marketing team members in strategic client pursuits. This role is responsible for championing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s central pitches & proposals team by managing the overall strategy, process, and coaching for firm-wide new business pursuits including RFP responses, proposals, and pitch materials.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 7+ years of marketing, sales, account, and/or proposal management with 4+ years of management experience in relevant roles
- Successful history of production and project management of RFPs in a professional services environment
- Exhibit proficiency in firm marketing systems software (e.g., Salesforce, Foundation, etc.)
- Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required
- Ability to travel, as required
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Supervisory experience
- APMP certification
LOCATIONS
This role can sit in several offices: New York, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Chicago, Palo Alto, Washington, DC, Boston, Colorado, Seattle, San Francisco, or San Diego.
COMPENSATION
The salary range is $130,000 – $190,000 DOE.
