Senior Marketing Manager, Toys & Entertainment, Amazon

The Senior Marketing Manager will drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in the Amazon store while reviewing and automating process to deliver scalable solutions that increase efficiency. You will lead strategy and execution, including owning the end-to-end onsite customer journey for Toys customers from homepage to product detail pages, deployment strategy and measurement for onsite marketing, high value events, taxonomy, and data quality. You will drive traffic to the category leveraging onsite marketing exposure, increase engagement, product discovery, and sales. You will lead customer journey mapping analysis and strategic vision identifying opportunities to improve our store front, search experience, detail page content, navigation, and events.

Key job responsibilities
• Ownership of analysis of the customer journey from category/product discovery to product detail page leveraging funnel and fallout analysis to inform strategic site updates and collaboration with cross functional and product teams for enhancements
• Own Toys strategic marketing initiatives, acquisition programs and growth initiatives, in collaboration with enterprise teams and Vendor Managers
• Lead storefront/ landing page experience strategy and development, inclusive of template development, space allocation, taxonomy, testing and reporting strategy
• Own analysis and recommendations for Onsite Marketing with the goal of improving the customer experience by reducing search reformulation rates and abandonment rates
• Own quarterly campaign allocation strategy for all onsite properties ensuring consistent coverage, defining best practices and tenets based on performance
• Evaluate engagement and performance
• Lead strategic marketing projects, collaborating with cross functional partners to improve site functionality and enhance the customer experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

– 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

– Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

– Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
