Responsibilities
Provide seamless provider, care team and patient support models for digital products. Responsible developing and maintaining strategies for ongoing operations and support.
Collaborate cross-functionally as well as extensively with Product and Operations teams to optimize and enhance the infrastructure of digital product operations, effectively leading, facilitating, and implementing solutions for process, quality, and procedural improvements. Understands and considers the business, product and operational needs to ensure quality digital products deployment and related operational work-flows to meet/exceed the desired business objectives. Able to perform cost, benefit and risk analysis associated with the proposed product/services and recommend alternatives for solutions throughout the product life-cycle. Collaborates with stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate and document business requirements. Performs data analysis. Assist product and operations leaders to coordinate deployment of deliverables (varies by product). Provides input for development of product operations documents and plans, work assignments, deliverable target dates, and other aspects of assigned work. Applies quality improvement and industrial engineering methodologies and discipline throughout the product lifecycle. Drives best practices through training, mentorship, and skill development of team members. Identifying and research operational issues and potential concerns in order to drive overall efficiency and meet business goals. Based on research and analysis, recommend solutions to the identified problems and concerns. Understands and helps define product deployment and operations change management requirements. Analyzes and monitors key performance indicators to optimize clinical service adoption and utilization. Documents and communicates product operational achievements to leadership and practice stakeholders. Facilitates and leads process, quality, and procedural improvements to optimize and enhance operational support for product infrastructure and business initiatives. Scale hardware and logistics operations in partnership with key IT teams, including device distribution, recall, and maintenance. Manage the relationship with IT to ensure effective coordination, alignment, and approaches at the intersection of deployment and ongoing usage of CDH products.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (business, engineering, statistics, health care or related field) and 4+ years of relevant analyst role
Understands business strategy and operational planning principles and applies with minimal guidance in project work (areas may include but not limited to: value proposition, mission/strategy, goals/objectives, technology assessments, funding, and management/administration). Operational knowledge and expertise working with product teams. Possesses the knowledge and demonstrated use of operational analysis methodologies and tools, with preference for technical
