Become a foundational part of a respectful and diverse team as we are looking for a Senior Presentation Artist/Animator to join our team.

Reporting to the Senior Presentation Director you will help create visual and gameplay experiences for the immersive and rich worlds our players inhabit. The Senior Presentation Artist/Animator will create compelling dynamic cinematic presentations through the creation of systemic cameras and character performances that enhance our players narrative and gameplay experiences. You have a love for cinematography and the nuance the camera can bring to a performance, are fascinated with the details of bringing dynamic character performances to life and thrive on merging technology with artistic expression to create experiences that engage our players.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Creative and Technical leadership in the creation of cinematic presentation content that supports gameplay, character development, and storytelling.
  • Work with Creative leadership to ensure product presentation style is consistent with larger product goals.
  • Research, develop and recommend presentation pipelines best practices/improvements in the creation of high-quality presentation performances.
  • Work with Technical Art and Engineering team to ensure that presentation assets are optimized and performant while maintaining visual quality.
  • Partner with Development Directors in scope management, resource allocation, and schedule planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience as a presentation or cinematic artist/animator in the video game industry.
  • A portfolio/reel that demonstrates your aesthetic and technical cinematic presentation skills.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
° $95,450 – $141,800
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
° $89,200 – $141,800
• Jersey City, NJ:
° $105,250 – $141,800
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
° $89,200 – $118,550
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
° $89,200 – $130,750

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
